Grand Szechuan's ordering page lists Monday-Thursday hours of 11:00 am-3:00 pm and 4:30 pm-9:00 pm, with an afternoon gap. Order Ma Po Tofu at $15.49, Szechuan Dan Dan Noodle at $8.40 and Chengdu Spicy Dumplings at $10.50 from the Szechuan menu. Delivery on that page is $1 within 10 miles.
Jade Dynasty opens at 10:00 am on Saturday and Sunday. The pickup menu lists Siu Mai at $7.00, Shrimp Dumplings at $8.00 and BBQ Pork Char Siu Buns at $7.00. The same page is pickup only and states an 18% service fee for a party of 6 or more.
The Quarry location lists 11:00 am-9:00 pm every day. Sesame Chicken and Kung Pao Chicken are $10.79 with rice, and Mixed Vegetables is $10.19. The ordering page offers pickup and delivery; no fee was shown before checkout.
Grand Szechuan is at 10602 France Ave S in Bloomington. Its site says it has served Sichuan food since 2008 and names mapo tofu, dan dan noodles and handmade dumplings. The ordering menu linked from the site has a Szechuan section separate from an all-day list of familiar Chinese-American plates.

Jade Dynasty Restaurant & Bar is at 600 W Lake St. Its site describes Hong Kong-style cooking and dim sum, says walk-ins are welcome and reservations are accepted, and says the restaurant is in a soft opening while also stating it is open 365 days a year. The ordering page lists dim sum, a Hot Pot section and vegetable plates.

Peking Garden is at 394 University Ave W in St. Paul. Its site says it has served the community since 1991 and describes Cantonese barbecue, including roast duck, crispy pork and char siu. The ordering menu also lists dumplings, sui mai and a steamed vegetable dumpling.

Rainbow Chinese Restaurant and Bar is on Eat Street at 2739 Nicollet Avenue South. The about page says chef and owner Tammy Wong has been serving Minneapolis since 1987. The Toast menu linked from the site lists dumplings, noodles, fried rice and wok plates, including vegetable dishes marked gluten free or vegan, rather than one regional section.

Its dim sum page lists handmade dim sum on Saturday and Sunday from 9:30am to 2:00pm and names shrimp dumplings, sui mai, roast duck and Chinese broccoli, without printing prices. The separate menu page has priced chef's specials, including fish plates.
Build an order. For a priced plate, the menu page lists Fish with Asparagus, Fish Head Hot Pot and Pig Feet with Salt & Hot Pepper. The dim sum page names Steamed Shrimp Dumpling, Steamed Shrimp Suimai and Chinese Broccoli w/ Oyster Sauce without dollar amounts, so confirm those prices by phone before you treat them as the order.

This is the Leeann Chin Quarry branch at 1730 New Brighton Boulevard, not a generic menu from another city. The location page calls the spot northeast Minneapolis and says it offers dine-in, takeout, catering and delivery. The Quarry ordering menu lists Chinese-American entrees that include rice, plus Mixed Vegetables and Firecracker Tofu.

The Nicollet Avenue Wikipedia page places Eat Street in south Minneapolis and distinguishes it from Nicollet Mall downtown. This is a different trip from West Lake Street and from St. Paul.
Jade Dynasty is at 600 W Lake St. Its ordering menu lists Hong Kong-style dim sum, clay-pot hot pot and vegetable plates, and it opens at 10:00 am on Saturday and Sunday. The operator pages fetched today do not give this block a district name.

Leeann Chin's Quarry branch is at 1730 New Brighton Boulevard. Its location page describes the spot as northeast Minneapolis and lists 11:00 am-9:00 pm every day. This is the Chinese-American counter in the guide, not a dim sum or Sichuan dinner.
Where is Chinatown in Minneapolis, and where are these restaurants?
This guide did not find these kitchens in one neighborhood called Chinatown. Rainbow is on Eat Street at 2739 Nicollet Avenue South; its site uses that name, and the Nicollet Avenue Wikipedia page places Eat Street in south Minneapolis, separate from Nicollet Mall downtown. Jade Dynasty is at 600 W Lake St. Peking Garden is at 394 University Ave W in St. Paul. Grand Szechuan and Mandarin Kitchen are in Bloomington, on France Avenue and Lyndale Avenue. Leeann Chin Quarry is at 1730 New Brighton Boulevard in northeast Minneapolis.
Where can I get dim sum, and when?

Grand Szechuan's site says cash is 3.85% off the listed card price, but the prices here are from BeyondMenu, which does not repeat that line. Mala A Sichuan flavor pairing the tingling numbness of Sichuan pepper with chili heat; the name means numbing and spicy.
Sichuan peppercorn The dried husk of a Zanthoxylum berry that gives Sichuan dishes a citrusy scent and a tingling, numbing buzz; it is not a true pepper.
Doubanjiang A salty, savory fermented paste of broad beans, usually with chili, that anchors many Sichuan dishes; the Pixian version is the most renowned.
Guotie (potstickers) Pan-fried dumplings browned on one side, then steamed with a little water under a lid; 'potsticker' is the English form of guotie.
Baozi A yeast-leavened bun with a filling, most often steamed; unfilled steamed buns are called mantou.
