EE Home Cooking's own page puts the restaurant at the corner of Mission Blvd and Pine Street near Old Mission Park, at 43689 Mission Blvd, and lists wor wonton soup, Mongolian beef and salt-and-pepper fish fillet. Warm Springs Plaza's directory describes it as combining Sichuan, Hunan, Taiwan and fusion dishes. The Toast menu has a Hot Pot section of small woks served with one rice, numbing spicy BBQ fish, a Dumplings section and vegetable plates.

Little Skewer's own page calls itself a Chinese-inspired gastropub at 46997 Warm Springs Blvd serving sizzling skewers, bold small plates and handcrafted drinks. It is the late dinner pick: the kitchen opens at 5:00 PM and the site lists weekend hours past midnight. It is a different meal from the noodle and dumpling shops.

Shanghai Flavor and Little Skewer are on Warm Springs Blvd; Home Eat is on Mission Blvd. This is a different trip from Mission San Jose or Centerville.
EE Home Cooking's own page puts the restaurant at the corner of Mission Blvd and Pine Street, near Old Mission Park, and OpenStreetMap places 43689 Mission Blvd in the Mission San Jose District. Wikipedia says Mission San Jose has the highest concentration of Asian Americans in Fremont, over 50 percent as of the 2000 census. Only one restaurant in this guide is in this district.
