Sang's Chinese Food and Dim Sum is the other verified kitchen on NE 163rd Street, a few blocks east of Sichuan Fish. The ordering menu runs from roast duck and beef chow fun to a dim sum list that the page itself limits to late morning and mid-afternoon. Use it for roast meat or noodles, and for dim sum only inside that window.
Build an order. For a meal that was orderable in the evening check, take Roast Duck, Beef Chow Fun, and Pan Fried Dumplings (5). Vegetable Soup and Fresh Snow pea leaves with garlic sauce are named vegetable dishes on the same menu. Siu Mai and Steamed Spinach Dumpling are on the dim sum list at $8.95 and $6.95, but both were marked Not Available outside 11:00 am to 3:50 pm.
Before you go. The operator site lists Sunday through Friday 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Saturday 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The ordering page, read on a Wednesday evening, said it closes at 10:25 PM, so the two clocks do not match. Dim sum lines on that page are labeled 11:00 am to 3:50 pm. Confirm the duck portion when you order; the menu does not state a size.

Tropical Chinese lists 7991 Bird Road, Miami, FL 33155, and its site describes Hong Kong-style push-cart dim sum plus a tableside Peking duck. The menu page prices shrimp dumplings and siu mai in single digits. It is the dim sum pick here, and it is not on NE 163rd Street.
Build an order. Start with Shrimp Dumpling, Pork & Shrimp Siu Mai, and Shrimp Siu Mai, then add Juicy Pork Bun or Chicken Pot Sticker if the table wants a bun or a pan-fried dumpling. The menu page also names a Peking duck and a Tofu & Greens section, but those lines did not show prices on the check, so they are not priced here.

Yip Aventura is the dumpling shop inside Treats Food Hall on Biscayne Boulevard. Its own site describes dim sum, dumplings, bao, and boba, and the Aventura Toast menu prices soup dumplings, har gao, siu mai, and veggie dumplings. The same Toast page also sells poke bowls and sushi rolls, so order from the dumpling section if that is the meal you want.
Build an order. Order Soup Dumplings (Xiao Long Bao), Shrimp Dumplings (Har Gao), and Veggie Dumplings. The Toast names say five pieces for the soup dumplings and six pieces for har gao, siu mai, and veggie dumplings. Veggie Dumplings are described as steamed dumplings filled with mixed fresh vegetables. Skip the poke and sushi lines if you came for Chinese dumplings.
Before you go. The Aventura location page lists Monday through Saturday 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM and Sunday 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The Toast page, read the same evening, said the shop was open and closes at 10:00 PM, so the two clocks disagree. Use the location page hours and call 786-748-0165 if you are arriving after 9:00 PM. Doral and Wynwood are different Yip shops and are not this listing.

Build an order. Order Peking Duck (2 Courses), Oven Roasted BBQ Duck (Half), and Shanghai Spring (2 Pieces), which the ordering page calls a veggie hand roll. The duck's first course is crispy skin with sliced greens in steamed crepes; the second course is stir-fried duck meat and vegetables. Call ahead if you want the duck reserved; the site gives 305-477-8188 for that.
Before you go. The operator site lists Monday through Saturday 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Sunday 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The ordering page, read the same evening, said it closes at 10:25 PM. Build an order. Order Beef Hot Pot or Lamb Hot Pot, and Vegetable Spring Roll (4) if you want a named vegetable appetizer. Healthy Veggie Hot Pot is named as a veggie pot, but its ingredient list includes imitation crabmeat, so do not treat that pot as vegetarian. Sichuan Spicy Hot Pot is a separate, higher-priced line on the same page.

Sichuan peppercorn The dried husk of a Zanthoxylum berry that gives Sichuan dishes a citrusy scent and a tingling, numbing buzz; it is not a true pepper.
Doubanjiang A salty, savory fermented paste of broad beans, usually with chili, that anchors many Sichuan dishes; the Pixian version is the most renowned.
Guotie (potstickers) Pan-fried dumplings browned on one side, then steamed with a little water under a lid; 'potsticker' is the English form of guotie.
Baozi A yeast-leavened bun with a filling, most often steamed; unfilled steamed buns are called mantou.
