Go to Li Wah inside Asia Plaza when you want the published dim sum window, 10am to 3pm. Weekday doors open at 11am, so the weekday overlap is 11am to 3pm. Order shrimp dumplings, a BBQ pork bun and a jumbo soup dumpling from the dinner menu image, and expect a tea charge.
Li WahLJ Shanghai is the Superior Avenue soup-dumpling kitchen, closed Monday, cash only. Order xiao long bao, spicy chaoshou and vegetable dumplings. The full party has to be there before you sit, and the contact page lists free street parking out front.

Cleveland's historic Chinatown was on Rockwell Avenue between E 21st and E 24th Streets. Wikipedia says that block is now called Historic Chinatown or Old Chinatown, and that the expanded district was named Asiatown in 2006, also spelled AsiaTown. The same page bounds the rest of Asiatown by E 30th and E 40th Streets between St. Clair and Perkins Avenues, straddling Downtown and Goodrich-Kirtland Park. The restaurants in this guide publish Payne, Superior, St. Clair and E 36th addresses in that later district, not on the old Rockwell block. AsiaTown Cleveland's own site uses the name AsiaTown for the neighborhood.
