Counted dim sum on West Indiana
Choose four-labelled Pork Sui Mai and Shrimp Dumpling from Dim Sum点心, with Fu Chow Fried Rice as a separate plate if wanted. The branch-specific Qmenu amounts were fixed, but the menu was unavailable overnight with order-ahead available. Tuesday is closed; confirm delivery destination eligibility.
Pair the named Chongqing Spicy Chicken with Braised Eggplant or request the tofu alternative explicitly offered in Chili Szechuan Pepper Beef. Several other eggplant/tofu dishes describe meat or seafood, so use exact menu names. Monday is closed; delivery partners are named on the primary homepage.
Choose Vegan Buddhist Delight, no-egg moo-shu tofu with four-labelled pancakes or vegan vegetable rice noodles from the shared PDF’s vegan section. Select the Northside address and phone, with Sunday closure. Call to confirm current QR prices and delivery while the advertised ordering hostname is unresolved.
Chef Lu’s own homepage identifies its South Hill branch in the Lincoln Heights shopping center and describes traditional, modern and Szechuan wok cooking. The menu separates these Chinese dishes from sushi and Thai noodles, with bilingual titles for chili chicken, cumin beef, braised eggplant and tofu alternatives.
Build an order. C9 重庆辣子鸡 Chongqing Spicy Chicken $22.95 is described with fried chicken, chili pepper, garlic, ginger, onions, celery, wild pepper and coriander. SS6 红烧茄子 Braised Eggplant $20.95 is a separate garlic-and-house-sauce dish. C4 川椒牛肉 (鸡或豆腐) Chili Szechuan Pepper Beef (or Chicken, Tofu) $21.95 explicitly names a tofu alternative. House Made Dumplings $14.95 offers pan-fried Gyoza or steamed Jiaozi; no count or soup filling is stated. SS5 eggplant and C12 Ma Po Tofu describe beef, while King of Tofu and Eight Precious Tofu include meat or seafood; do not treat those as vegetarian.
Before you go. The primary homepage lists Sunday-Thursday 11 AM-9 PM and Friday-Saturday 11 AM-10 PM, with Monday explicitly closed. The menu labels lunch Tuesday-Friday 11 AM-3 PM except holidays. Combination dinners include daily soup only for in-restaurant orders, not delivery or to-go. Named delivery partners are on the homepage; confirm destination eligibility and sauces for a vegetable-focused meal.
Operator website Dine In Menu, Traditional, Modern and Szechuan Style sections. The page itself says Dine In or Dine out. These are fixed posted menu amounts fetched October 9, 2026; delivery-platform prices were not compared. Item codes and full bilingual headings are retained. Checked ; before tax, tip and fees. Prices can change, and delivery-app prices are often higher than the restaurant’s own.

The operator site fixes HongKong Express and Poke Express to West Indiana Avenue and embeds its Qmenu ordering page. That branch menu separates Dim Sum点心 from regular dumplings, fried rice, thin rice noodles and vegetables; poke and bubble-tea entries remain separate offerings.
Build an order. Pork Sui Mai (4) 烧卖 $3.99 and Shrimp Dumpling (4) 虾饺 $3.99 are separate titles in Dim Sum点心. The full Chinese 虾饺 label supplies the har-gow identity; each four-piece count is in its own heading. Fu Chow Fried Rice福州炒饭 $15.99 describes pork, shrimp, chicken and imitation crab with fu zhou sauce over fried rice. That regional menu name is retained without assigning the restaurant a Fujian identity. Singapore Chow Mei Few星洲炒米粉 $16.99 is a spicy thin-rice-noodle entry. Steamed Mixed Vegetable水煮什菜 $14.99 and Buddha's Delight罗汉斋 $16.49 are named vegetable-focused alternatives; confirm stock and sauces.
Before you go. The operator homepage and Qmenu schedule list Sunday noon-9:30 PM, Monday and Wednesday-Saturday 11 AM-9:30 PM, and Tuesday closed on the homepage. Qmenu said Hongkong Express Menu is not available at this time, with Order Ahead Is Available, during the overnight fetch. Delivery and Pickup displayed about 45 and 20 minutes respectively; those estimates do not verify an active order or a destination.
Pork Sui Mai (4) 烧卖 $3.99 · Shrimp Dumpling (4) 虾饺 $3.99 · Fu Chow Fried Rice福州炒饭 $15.99
Operator-linked Qmenu online ordering menu, Hongkong Express Menu. The two counted dumplings are in Dim Sum点心; the rice dish is in Fried Rice炒饭类. These selected items have fixed listed amounts, while tea options display starting-price plus marks. The menu was unavailable overnight with order-ahead offered; dine-in and other platforms were not compared. Checked ; before tax, tip and fees. Red Dragon publishes two Spokane branches, with this record selecting only the Northside restaurant on East Diamond Avenue. Its currently linked shared PDF has a dedicated vegan section covering tofu, vegetables and noodles, allowing a different meal from the operator’s meat-heavy combination dinners.
Build an order. Vegan Buddhist Delight $20.95, Vegan Moo Shu Tofu (No Egg) (4 Pancakes) $21.95 and Vegan Vegetable Rice Noodles $18.95 are separate entries in the PDF’s VEGAN section. The four count belongs to pancakes, not dumplings. Spinach Pot Stickers v $12.95 is the regular appetizer amount, alongside a small option at $9.95; the menu describes spinach and shiitake filling. These ordinary pot stickers are not soup dumplings, har gow or siu mai. The vegan section says white rice is served and brown rice costs $2 extra; confirm any substitutions with the Northside branch.
Before you go. Northside hours on the homepage are Monday-Friday 11 AM-9 PM, Saturday noon-9 PM and Sunday closed. The Downtown branch has a different schedule and phone. The shared PDF and homepage warn that prices can change and direct readers to a QR code for current prices. The advertised order.reddragonspokane.com endpoint failed DNS resolution when fetched, so call the Northside branch to confirm prices, delivery and present availability.
Vegan Buddhist Delight $20.95 · Vegan Moo Shu Tofu (No Egg) (4 Pancakes) $21.95 · Vegan Vegetable Rice Noodles $18.95
Operator-linked PDF menu, VEGAN section. These are posted shared-menu amounts for the operator’s two branches, not a branch-specific live checkout. The exact Northside address is selected separately from the homepage. The PDF was fetched October 9, 2026 and warns to scan its QR code for current prices; the advertised direct ordering hostname did not resolve. Checked ; before tax, tip and fees. Prices can change, and delivery-app prices are often higher than the restaurant’s own.

Vien Dong’s own site identifies Vietnamese and Chinese food at its East Trent Avenue location. Its wonton egg-noodle section describes chicken broth and barbecue pork, alongside distinct Vietnamese pho and bánh mì sections. This meal follows the wonton noodle heading rather than relabelling the entire menu Chinese.
Build an order. 32 - Mì Hoành Thánh Xá Xíu $13.99 is the posted large (Lg) amount for wonton and BBQ-pork egg-noodle soup in chicken broth; the small column is $11.99. 4 - BBQ Pork $12.99 and 6 - Fried Wontons $8.99 are separate starters, with the wontons described as fried pork dumplings and sweet-and-sour plum sauce. These are ordinary wontons, not soup-dumpling index entries. Tofu Spring Rolls and vegan-broth Phở Chay are separately named options on the primary site, but their Vietnamese headings are retained.
Before you go. The homepage’s location block lists Tuesday-Saturday 10 AM-8 PM and Sunday 10 AM-6 PM, while its Contact Us block says Monday-Saturday 10 AM-8 PM. Monday service is therefore unresolved. The posted image menu is explicitly dated January 2, 2023, with prices and availability subject to change. Both independently launched primary ordering links redirected to the same Toast page and returned a 403 challenge; no further access was attempted. Confirm current prices, hours and delivery by phone.
Operator-posted image menu, dated January 2, 2023. The wonton-noodle price uses its large (Lg) column; BBQ Pork and Fried Wontons use the starter amounts. This currently linked image was fetched October 9, 2026, but the operator warns prices and availability can change. The linked ordering page was challenged, so these are posted-menu figures rather than verified current checkout prices. Checked ; before tax, tip and fees. Prices can change, and delivery-app prices are often higher than the restaurant’s own.

China Dragon’s current homepage identifies its East Queen Avenue restaurant and links a branch-specific SpotOn menu. The menu offers separately priced soups as well as combinations and vegetable plates, making a wonton-soup meal distinct from Red Dragon’s vegan selection and Hong Kong Express’s counted dim sum.
Build an order. Hot Red Oil Wonton $20.75 is marked spicy, while Combination Wonton $25.75 is a separate soup title without an ingredient description. Moo Shu Fresh Vegetables $23.75 is listed under Vegetables, and Pot Stickers $21.00 is an ordinary appetizer without a piece count. Ma Po Tofu (pork) $23.00 explicitly names pork and Hot And Sour describes ground pork; do not infer vegetarian soup or tofu from those headings. Some other SpotOn dish titles displayed no amount in the fetched menu view; no amount is borrowed from an adjacent item.
Before you go. The current homepage lists the restaurant daily 11 AM-9 PM and the Dragon’s Den lounge noon-9 PM, with closures on July 4, Labor Day and Thanksgiving. SpotOn showed Pickup and Delivery and an overnight scheduled time. Former About Us and Dinner Menu paths now render the new homepage, so the old indexed dinner-price text is not treated as a freshly readable menu. Use the current linked SpotOn amounts and confirm service eligibility.

Northern Quest’s own dining page places East on the casino level near the Pavilion entrance, at its Airway Heights resort address. Its current menu mixes Chinese dishes with other Asian cuisines. This is an explicitly neighboring Airway Heights meal, not a downtown Spokane restaurant.
Build an order. Dan Dan Noodles $19.00 lists ground pork, udon noodles, bell pepper, bean sprouts, green onion, chili oil and sesame seeds. Beef Pot Stickers $14.00 offers steamed or fried preparation with glass noodles, mixed vegetables and soy vinegar, without a label count. Crispy Veggie Spring Rolls (8) $12.00 is marked (V) and describes cabbage, carrot, green bean, mushroom and vermicelli. Vegan Yam Noodles+ $19.00 is a separately marked vegetable noodle option: the plus belongs to an add-on footnote for chicken, BBQ pork or tofu $5, or shrimp/beef $7; it is not a starting-price sign after the amount.
Before you go. The operator dining page gives East’s phone as 509-481-2131 and hours Sunday-Thursday 11 AM-11 PM, Friday-Saturday 11 AM-midnight. The resort’s 509-481-6000 footer is a separate general phone. The linked lunch/dinner PDF is revised June 11, 2026 and says parties of eight or more have a 20% gratuity. No East delivery provider or ordering route was listed in the fetched page; confirm any takeout or delivery arrangement directly.

Operator-linked PDF menu, Lunch & Dinner, revision June 11, 2026. These are fixed posted menu amounts fetched October 9, 2026, with add-ons separate. P.F. Chang’s official branch page and linked Spokane ordering menu both identify 801 West Main. Its Chinese and pan-Asian dishes include Mongolian beef, vegetarian lettuce wraps and a separately named northern-style rib appetizer, providing a downtown meal with branch-specific pickup prices.
Build an order. Mongolian Beef $27.50 describes flank steak with sweet soy glaze, garlic and green onion. Chang's Vegetarian Lettuce Wraps $17.00 carries the ordering menu’s vegetarian mark, and Northern-Style Pork Spare Ribs $18.00 names slow-braised ribs with dry-rub five-spice seasoning. Pork Dumplings $15.50 and Shrimp Dumplings $15.50 both offer sizzling pan-fried or steamed preparation with savory chili sauce. No piece count appears in those selected ordering titles, and the shrimp wrapper/har-gow format is not established, so the generic shrimp entry is held out of the headline price comparison.
Before you go. The current official branch page lists Sunday-Thursday 11 AM-10 PM and Friday-Saturday 11 AM-11 PM. The linked ordering menu was in Pickup mode and said it opens at 11 AM PDT during the overnight fetch. The older official URL redirects to this current branch page; its old indexed 10 PM weekend close and prices were not adopted. The menu’s vegetarian key permits dairy or eggs, so confirm any additional restrictions and shared preparation.
Operator-linked Spokane online ordering menu, Pickup mode, store 9818. These are fixed listed branch amounts fetched October 9, 2026; taxes, extras and fees are separate. The selected dumpling titles have no counts, even though the branch information page uses counted headings. Delivery and dine-in amounts were not compared. Checked ; before tax, tip and fees. Prices can change, and delivery-app prices are often higher than the restaurant’s own.

Does this guide include Spokane Valley or Airway Heights?
Six selections have operator-published Spokane addresses, while East Pan Asian Cuisine uses Northern Quest’s Airway Heights address and is named as a neighboring trip. No Spokane Valley branch is selected. Red Dragon’s Downtown branch and Black Straw’s separate Market/Sprague branches are not combined or counted twice.
Which counted dim-sum prices were verified?
Hong Kong Express’s operator-linked Qmenu Dim Sum section lists Pork Sui Mai (4) 烧卖 and Shrimp Dumpling (4) 虾饺 at $3.99 each. Those four-piece counts appear in the selected headings. Other restaurants’ ordinary pot stickers, wontons and Chef Lu’s jiaozi are different formats. P.F. Chang’s generic shrimp dumplings offer pan-fried or steamed options without verified har-gow identity and are held out.
What regional and mixed-menu distinctions matter?
Chef Lu’s explicitly describes Szechuan cooking and names Chongqing Spicy Chicken. Hong Kong Express names Fu Chow Fried Rice and Singapore Chow Mei Few without establishing a broader regional identity for the restaurant. Vien Dong describes Vietnamese and Chinese food; its wonton egg noodles remain distinct from pho. East and P.F. Chang’s are qualified pan-Asian menus, rather than single-region Chinese restaurants.
What vegetable-focused meals are actually named?
Red Dragon has a separate vegan section with Buddhist Delight, no-egg moo-shu tofu and vegetable rice noodles. Chef Lu’s names Braised Eggplant and a tofu alternative, but its other eggplant/mapo entries describe beef and its seafood tofu dishes contain meat. Hong Kong Express names mixed vegetables and Buddha’s Delight; China Dragon names Moo Shu Fresh Vegetables. East marks vegetable spring rolls vegetarian, and P.F. Chang’s marks its vegetarian lettuce wraps. Confirm sauces, stock, dairy/egg restrictions and shared preparation.
Which prices, hours or delivery claims need confirmation?
Vien Dong currently links a Jan-2023 image menu and publishes conflicting Monday schedules; both order links reached a challenged Toast page. Red Dragon’s shared PDF warns to check current QR prices and its advertised ordering hostname failed DNS. Hong Kong Express was unavailable overnight with order-ahead offered, while China Dragon and P.F. Chang’s displayed scheduled/pickup menus. East lists no verified delivery route. Posted amounts and listed service modes do not confirm a live order or destination.

Guotie (potstickers) Pan-fried dumplings browned on one side, then steamed with a little water under a lid; 'potsticker' is the English form of guotie.
