Seven selected branches publish Baton Rouge addresses on North Acadian Thruway, Airline Highway, South Sherwood Forest Boulevard, Coursey Boulevard, Burbank Drive, Government Street and Corporate Boulevard. Compare Chinese-labelled shrimp dumplings, Singapore mei fun, count-labelled barbecue ribs, Hunan chicken and eggplant, moo-shu vegetables, a Taiwanese-labelled beef roll at modern pan-Asian Soji or Mongolian beef and vegetarian tofu at P.F. Chang’s. No neighboring suburb is folded into these seven addresses.

Count-labelled shrimp dumplings and vegetable rice noodles
Choose the full 虾饺 label with ten printed in its heading, then Vegetable Mai Fun or Buddhist Delight as a separate plate. Keep the Buddhist Delight starting-price plus. The Burbank suite closes Saturday, and carryout/delivery end before its business-hours closing time.
Hunan-labelled chicken with vegetarian-section eggplant
Use the full Chicken-section Hunan Chicken price rather than its combination-platter price. Pair it with Fresh Eggplant w. Hot Garlic Sauce or the separate Boiled Dumpling appetizer. Confirm options, sauces and timing; the primary site separates pickup from DoorDash/Uber Eats delivery.
A Taiwanese-labelled beef roll within a pan-Asian meal
Choose TAIWANESE BEEF ROLL from the current house-menu PDF, with STEAMED PORK DUMPLINGS and vegetarian/vegan-marked SHANGHAI NOODLES as separate choices. Call to resolve the two published schedules. The homepage lists a pickup/to-go charge, while the linked Toast page was challenged.
New China identifies its North Acadian Thruway branch on both the operator homepage and linked ordering menu. Its menu separates rice noodles, dinner entrées, combination platters and wing/fish specials, with vegetable dishes and tofu alternatives explicitly named.
Build an order. Singapore Mei Fun $12.95 is the ordering menu’s Mixed option in Mei Fun. Steamed Dumplings $7.95 is a separate appetizer without a printed count or filling description. Veggies Delight $11.50 is in Gourmet Dinner, whose heading offers white rice or plain fried rice. The rice-noodle section describes egg, carrot, napa cabbage and onion; the soup heading says all soups are made with chicken broth, so a vegetable soup title does not establish vegetarian stock.
Before you go. The operator lists Monday-Friday 10:30 AM-9:30 PM, Saturday 11 AM-9:30 PM and Sunday closed. The linked menu showed Pick Up while closed overnight, with a later time selector. Confirm pickup timing, sauces and egg restrictions rather than treating the menu as proof of a ready order.
Singapore Mei Fun $12.95 · Steamed Dumplings $7.95 · Veggies Delight $11.50
Operator-linked Chinese Menu Online pickup menu, Mei Fun, Appetizers and Gourmet Dinner sections. Singapore Mei Fun uses the displayed Mixed option; no noodle portion size or dumpling count is stated. Prices were fetched October 9, 2026 and do not establish delivery prices. Checked ; before tax, tip and fees. Prices can change, and delivery-app prices are often higher than the restaurant’s own.

China One’s homepage names the Airline Highway suite A9 address and publishes a full bilingual Chinese menu. Its barbecue ribs, steamed dumplings and tofu-with-broccoli plate form a different meal from the noodle-focused Acadian selection. The posted menu remains readable even though the linked ordering route redirects away from this branch.
Build an order. 7. BBQ Spare Ribs (8) 烤排骨 $15.75 retains the eight in its own label. 82. Tofu w. Broccoli 芥兰豆腐 $10.50 is a named vegetable-relevant plate. 5. Steamed Dumpling (8) 水饺 (8) $7.75 is an ordinary steamed-dumpling entry, without verified soup filling or siu-mai identity. The menu also lists Singapore Mei Fun and several Hunan/Szechuan-labelled dishes; those names do not establish a single regional identity for the restaurant.
Before you go. The weekly table lists Monday-Saturday 10:30 AM-10 PM and Sunday closed. At this Friday overnight fetch the separate status banner said closed until 10:30 AM Saturday, which conflicts with that Friday schedule. The ordering link redirected to a generic Springroll cancellation page; call to confirm hours, prices and whether advertised pickup or delivery is currently available.
Operator homepage posted menu, Appetizers and Vegetables sections. These are posted amounts fetched October 9, 2026, not prices confirmed in a current checkout. The linked ordering route redirected to a generic Springroll cancellation page; codes and full bilingual labels are retained. Checked ; before tax, tip and fees. Prices can change, and delivery-app prices are often higher than the restaurant’s own.

Hunan’s primary homepage gives its South Sherwood Forest Boulevard address and links a matching-name, matching-phone ordering menu. The Chinese sections name Hunan and Szechuan dishes, boiled dumplings and vegetarian eggplant, while sushi and bento occupy separate sections. These dish labels are retained without assigning the restaurant a single provincial identity.
Build an order. Hunan Chicken $11.95 is in the Chicken section rather than the $10.29 combination platter list. Fresh Eggplant w. Hot Garlic Sauce $10.99 is in Vegetarian. Boiled Dumpling $7.99 is the appetizer’s literal singular label and carries no printed count or filling description. General Tso’s Bean Curd and Bean Curd w. Mixed Veg. are additional named vegetarian-section alternatives; ask about sauces and shared preparation.
Before you go. The operator homepage lists Sunday-Thursday 11 AM-9:30 PM and Friday-Saturday 11 AM-10 PM. It separates online pickup from DoorDash and Uber Eats delivery links. The ordering header omits the street’s S direction while matching 4215 Sherwood Forest, ZIP and phone; the address here follows the primary homepage. Menu amounts precede option selection and do not establish a portion size.

Operator-linked Honorpos online pickup menu, Chicken, Vegetarian and Appetizers sections. These are displayed menu amounts fetched October 9, 2026 before option selection; no portion size or dumpling count is inferred. Delivery-partner prices were not compared. Checked ; before tax, tip and fees. Prices can change, and delivery-app prices are often higher than the restaurant’s own.

China Express’s older operator site explicitly links its new ordering website for the same Coursey Boulevard address. The new All Day Menu lists moo shu, tofu plates, Chinese noodle dishes and Craw Fish Rice. The two sites disagree on the displayed phone and delivery service, so the newer linked page’s phone is qualified rather than merged silently.
Build an order. 121. Moo Shu Vegetable $13.95 sits under Moo Shu, whose section says with 4 Pancakes. Its description names vegetables and scrambled eggs, so this is not an egg-free meal. 12. Steamed Dumpling $8.75 is a separate appetizer without a label count. 63. Buddhist Delight $14.95 is in Vegetable, with white rice under the section heading. The pancake quantity belongs to the section, not the dumpling label, and is not a dumpling piece count.
Before you go. Both the older homepage’s weekly table and the new page’s Pickup/Delivery Hours list Monday-Thursday 10:30 AM-9 PM, Friday-Saturday 10:30 AM-10 PM and Sunday closed. The new linked page prints 225-577-6404, while the older site prints 225-292-4513. The older site says Pickup Only, but the new page offers Pickup and Delivery with separate hours; confirm the current phone and service before ordering.

Operator-linked new Beyond Menu All Day Menu, Moo Shu, Appetizers and Vegetable sections. Displayed pickup-mode amounts were fetched October 9, 2026; delivery was offered separately and destination prices were not checked. Item codes remain part of the labels, not piece counts. Checked ; before tax, tip and fees. Prices can change, and delivery-app prices are often higher than the restaurant’s own.

Nine Dragon’s own site identifies its Burbank Drive suite 104 branch and lists Chinese, Cantonese and Szechuan cuisines alongside American dishes. The matching Menufy menu prints a full shrimp-dumpling label including 虾饺, plus vegetable rice noodles and Buddhist Delight. Its Saturday closure is explicit, despite the lunch section’s general daily wording.
Build an order. 8. Shrimp Dumplings(10)虾饺 $9.99 is the full Appetizers label; 虾饺 identifies har gow, and the ten is in that same label while 8 is its item code. 32. Vegetable Mai Fun 菜米粉 $11.99 is a separate rice-noodle plate. 75. Buddhist Delight 罗汉斋 $11.99+ retains the displayed starting-price plus. 9. Fried or Steamed Dumplings (9)炸锅贴或煮水饺 $8.50 is an ordinary separate dumpling entry, not another har-gow price.
Before you go. The primary site lists Monday-Friday and Sunday business hours 11 AM-10 PM, with Saturday closed. Carryout and delivery end at 9:40 PM on those open days. The lunch menu says daily 11 AM-3 PM, but does not override the Saturday closure. Several entrée amounts have literal plus marks; confirm selections and totals instead of treating starting amounts as fixed final prices.
8. Shrimp Dumplings(10)虾饺 $9.99 · 32. Vegetable Mai Fun 菜米粉 $11.99 · 75. Buddhist Delight 罗汉斋 $11.99+
Operator Menufy online ordering menu, Appetizers, Mai Fun and Vegetable sections. Amounts were fetched October 9, 2026; Buddhist Delight retains its literal starting-price plus, while the shrimp-dumpling amount has no plus. Full bilingual labels and the count in the selected label are retained. Checked ; before tax, tip and fees. Prices can change, and delivery-app prices are often higher than the restaurant’s own.

Soji’s primary site explicitly places its Government Street location in Mid-City and describes a culinary tour of Asia. Its currently linked house-menu PDF names a Taiwanese beef roll, steamed pork dumplings and Shanghai noodles among Chinese-related choices, alongside Japanese, Korean, Thai and other dishes. The regional claim belongs to the beef-roll label, not the restaurant’s overall identity.
Build an order. TAIWANESE BEEF ROLL $15.00 is described with seared flank, cucumber, spicy Hosin, gochujang aioli and wasabi aioli. STEAMED PORK DUMPLINGS $16.00 names handmade pork dumpling, sweet soy, green onion oil and crispy shallots; no count or soup filling is stated. SHANGHAI NOODLES $9.00 is a side marked V|VG. The PDF legend expands those marks as Vegetarian and Vegan; the noodle name alone does not establish a Shanghai cooking method.
Before you go. The primary Location block lists Monday closed, Tuesday-Thursday and Sunday 3-9 PM, Friday-Saturday 3-10 PM. An earlier Hours block on the same page instead shows Tuesday-Friday 11 AM-2 PM plus evening service, Saturday 5-10 PM and Sunday 5-9 PM. Call to resolve the conflict. The homepage says all pickup/to-go orders incur a $2.50 service charge; its linked Toast route reached a 403 security verification page and was not retried.
Operator-linked house-menu PDF, Small Plates and Sides. Posted whole-dollar amounts are shown to two decimals here and were fetched October 9, 2026; no publication date is asserted from the file name. The homepage separately lists a $2.50 pickup/to-go service charge, and current Toast checkout prices were not accessible. Checked ; before tax, tip and fees. Prices can change, and delivery-app prices are often higher than the restaurant’s own.

P.F. Chang’s primary location page identifies this Corporate Boulevard branch and describes Asian-inspired dishes and Chinese food. Its linked Baton Rouge Pickup menu gives branch-specific amounts for Mongolian beef, vegetarian-marked tofu and northern-style ribs. These menu labels distinguish the selections without assigning the whole menu to Mongolia or northern China.
Build an order. Mongolian Beef $25.00 names a sweet soy glaze, flank steak, garlic and green onion. Ma Po Tofu $17.50 is marked vegetarian and describes crispy tofu, sweet-spicy red chili sauce and steamed broccoli. Northern-Style Pork Spare Ribs $16.00 names slow-braised ribs with dry-rub five-spice seasoning. Shrimp Dumplings $14.00 offers pan-fried or steamed preparation without an explicit har-gow identity or count in this ordering label.
Before you go. The primary location page lists Sunday-Thursday 11 AM-10 PM and Friday-Saturday 11 AM-11 PM. It offers Delivery & Take Out, while the fetched ordering menu was in Pickup mode with a scheduled-time prompt before opening. Fees and delivery prices may differ. The primary location card has count-bearing pork-dumpling wording, but no count is imported into a differently worded ordering-menu label.
Mongolian Beef $25.00 · Ma Po Tofu $17.50 · Northern-Style Pork Spare Ribs $16.00

Do these selections include New Orleans or neighboring suburbs?
All seven selected operator addresses say Baton Rouge. The existing New Orleans guide covers different exact branches and does not explicitly extend to Baton Rouge. No Denham Springs, Walker or other neighboring branch is used to reach the count.
Which counted shrimp-dumpling price is supported?
Nine Dragon’s full Appetizers label is 8. Shrimp Dumplings(10)虾饺 at $9.99. The Chinese 虾饺 supplies har-gow identity, and ten appears in that same label; the leading eight is an item code. Its separate fried/steamed dumplings, China One’s steamed water dumplings and P.F. Chang’s generic shrimp dumplings are different menu entries.
Where is a regional dish beyond Hunan or Sichuan labels?
Soji’s current house-menu PDF explicitly names TAIWANESE BEEF ROLL. Soji describes a broader pan-Asian menu, so the regional claim applies to the dish label rather than the whole restaurant. New China names Singapore Mei Fun, and P.F. Chang’s names Northern-Style Pork Spare Ribs; those literal names are retained without inferring origin, recipe or restaurant identity.
Which vegetable-focused meals were actually named?
New China names Veggies Delight and several tofu options, while its soup section says all soups use chicken broth. China One names Tofu w. Broccoli; Hunan places garlic eggplant in Vegetarian; China Express names Moo Shu Vegetable but describes scrambled eggs. Nine Dragon names Vegetable Mai Fun and Buddhist Delight. Soji marks Shanghai noodles vegetarian/vegan, and P.F. Chang’s marks Ma Po Tofu vegetarian. Confirm stock, sauces and shared preparation for stricter restrictions.
Which current ordering and hours conflicts need a phone check?
China One’s weekly table lists Friday hours, but its overnight banner pointed to Saturday and its ordering route redirected to a generic cancellation page. China Express’s old and linked new sites print different phones and disagree on Pickup Only versus Delivery. Soji’s same homepage has conflicting schedules and its Toast link reached a security challenge. Nine Dragon explicitly closes Saturday. Posted menus and service buttons do not establish an accepted order or delivery destination.
Reading the menus
Words you may see in Baton Rouge.
Mala A Sichuan flavor pairing the tingling numbness of Sichuan pepper with chili heat; the name means numbing and spicy.
Sichuan peppercorn The dried husk of a Zanthoxylum berry that gives Sichuan dishes a citrusy scent and a tingling, numbing buzz; it is not a true pepper.
Doubanjiang A salty, savory fermented paste of broad beans, usually with chili, that anchors many Sichuan dishes; the Pixian version is the most renowned.
Guotie (potstickers) Pan-fried dumplings browned on one side, then steamed with a little water under a lid; 'potsticker' is the English form of guotie.
Baozi A yeast-leavened bun with a filling, most often steamed; unfilled steamed buns are called mantou.
