Seven meals at Mobile addresses, from Airport Boulevard and Spring Hill Avenue to Hillcrest, Grelot and Schillinger roads, Satchel Paige Drive and Dauphin Island Parkway. The guide uses the checked branches' streets rather than assigning them to an unverified Chinatown district.

Ways to make a meal.
A noodle-soup meal
Start with N4. Shredded Pork w. Pickled Cabbage Noodle Soup from the regular Noodle section. Add the separately priced chicken-and-napa dumplings if wanted, and follow the location page's weekly hours rather than the overnight closed message.
Pair Home Style Tofu with Sautéed Mixed Vegetables, or choose Vegetable Lo Mein. Confirm sauce ingredients for dietary requirements and use regular menu prices rather than the large Party Tray section.
Choose Fried Dumplings (8) and a separately priced wonton or hot-and-sour soup. Plan pickup at the Dauphin Island Parkway branch: its order page's no-delivery statement conflicts with broad homepage copy.
Panda King's Airport Boulevard menu names Hunan Beef and describes its spicy Hunan sauce, alongside pork dumplings and tofu dishes. This is a pick for that named beef dish rather than a claim about the kitchen's regional background.
Build an order. Start with Hunan Beef $8.75+ from the regular Beef section and add Steam Pork Dumpling $7.75. Bean Curd Home Style $10.20 is another menu option. The Appetizers section also lists Fried Pork Dumpling $7.75 and Szechuan Dumplings $7.20; none of these dumpling labels states a piece count or identifies soup dumplings, har gow or siu mai.
Before you go. The operator lists Sunday–Monday and Wednesday–Saturday 10:30 AM–10:00 PM, with Tuesday closed. Its service-area page advertises delivery up to about 15 miles and a $15 minimum; check your address for availability, fees and timing.
Operator Tarro online ordering menu for 9948 Airport Blvd; regular Beef, Appetizers and Vegetable sections. The plus in Hunan Beef $8.75+ is a starting-price marker. The same Hunan Beef title is $7.50 under Lunch and $9.50 under Dinner; those section prices are not substituted here. Checked ; before tax, tip and fees. Prices can change, and delivery-app prices are often higher than the restaurant’s own.

China Chef's Spring Hill Avenue menu describes Moo Shu Fresh Pork with vegetables and egg, served with pancakes and hoisin sauce on the side. It provides a pancake-based meal alongside this guide's other rice and noodle choices.
Build an order. Choose Moo Shu Fresh Pork $11.75 from the Moo Shu section, then Steam Pork Dumpling $6.00 or Hot and Sour Soup $3.50+. Fried Pork Dumpling $6.00 is also listed. The two pork-dumpling titles have no serving count and do not identify soup dumplings, har gow or siu mai.
Before you go. Hours are Tuesday–Saturday 10:30 AM–10:00 PM and Sunday 11:00 AM–9:00 PM; Monday is closed. The operator's delivery FAQ explicitly says it currently offers pickup orders, so plan to collect the meal at this Spring Hill Avenue branch.
Moo Shu Fresh Pork $11.75 · Steam Pork Dumpling $6.00 · Hot and Sour Soup $3.50+

Yuan Mei's Hillcrest Road menu offers several Chinese noodle soups, including shredded pork with pickled cabbage and a separate wonton noodle soup. The pickled-cabbage bowl supplies a broth-and-noodle meal without assigning the restaurant a province the source does not name.
Build an order. Order N4. Shredded Pork w. Pickled Cabbage Noodle Soup $12.95, described with pork, flour noodles, pickled mustard green, bok choy and scallion in clear broth. N2. Wonton Noodle Soup $12.95 is a separate option. A3. Steamed Dumpling (8) $6.95 and A3. Pan Fried Dumpling (8) $6.95 are ground-chicken and Chinese-napa dumplings; the source does not call them soup dumplings, har gow or siu mai.
Before you go. The location page lists Monday–Thursday and Sunday 10:30 AM–9:00 PM, and Friday–Saturday 10:30 AM–9:30 PM. The ordering menu displays Pick up. Lunch dishes are only viewable during the stated 10:30 AM–3:00 PM lunch ordering hours; the prices here come from regular sections.
Operator Chinese Menu Online pickup ordering menu for 2370 Hillcrest Rd Unit B; regular Noodle and Appetizer sections. Item codes N4., N2. and A3. are part of the displayed titles. The six wontons mentioned in N2.'s description are not a count in its title. Checked ; before tax, tip and fees. Prices can change, and delivery-app prices are often higher than the restaurant’s own.

China One's Schillinger Road South ordering menu lists roast-pork egg foo young in a section served with rice. Its description identifies an egg omelet and brown sauce, making this a different meal from moo shu pancakes or a noodle-soup bowl.

Before you go. The expanded Restaurant Hours panel identifies pickup hours: Tuesday–Thursday and Sunday 11:00 AM–9:00 PM, Friday–Saturday 11:00 AM–9:30 PM, Monday closed. The branch order page explicitly says it does not offer delivery; these are pickup hours, not an inferred dining-room schedule.

Panda Haven's Grelot Road menu names Sautéed Mixed Vegetables and Vegetable Lo Mein alongside Home Style Tofu. This is the guide's vegetable-focused meal; the dish names support the vegetable filter without proving every sauce is vegan or free of animal ingredients.
Build an order. Build the meal around Home Style Tofu $12.95 and Sautéed Mixed Vegetables $11.95, with Vegetable Lo Mein $5.25 as another choice. The appetizer menu also lists Steamed Dumplings (8) $7.25 and Fried Dumplings (8) $7.25, without naming soup dumplings, har gow or siu mai. Ask about sauces and other ingredients for a strict dietary requirement.

Panda Palace Buffet's operator KwickPOS menu separates buffet listings from a la carte categories. Seafood Delight describes shrimp, crab meat, scallops and mixed vegetables with steamed rice, giving this branch a seafood meal whose price is independent of buffet admission.
Build an order. Choose Seafood Delight $12.00 from Chef'S Recommendation, with Shrimp In Lobster Sauce $10.50 as a separate Seafood option. Steamed Dumpling (8) $5.00 and Pan Fried Dumpling (8) $5.00 appear under Starters. The dumpling labels do not identify soup dumplings, har gow or siu mai, and these a la carte prices do not establish what the buffet includes.
Before you go. KwickPOS lists Sunday–Wednesday 11:00 AM–9:00 PM, Thursday 10:00 AM–9:00 PM and Friday–Saturday 11:00 AM–10:00 PM, with the same times under Online Business Hours and Business Hours. The page displays PICK UP; confirm buffet hours and contents with the branch.

China Garden's Dauphin Island Parkway menu offers Fried Dumplings (8) alongside wonton and hot-and-sour soups. The dumpling-and-soup suggestion is a meal built from separate dishes; it does not turn ordinary dumplings served with a soup side into soup dumplings.
Build an order. Pair Fried Dumplings (8) $7.35 with 9. Wonton Soup $3.65 or 13. Hot & Sour Soup $4.15. Half Fried and Half Steamed $8.35 is another exact appetizer label, but it states no count and is not expanded into an invented dumpling title. None of these appetizer names identifies soup dumplings, har gow or siu mai.
Before you go. The operator lists takeout hours Tuesday–Thursday and Sunday 11:00 AM–9:30 PM, Friday–Saturday 11:00 AM–10:00 PM, and Monday closed. Its homepage broadly mentions delivered orders, but the exact branch order page says it does not offer delivery; use the branch pickup statement.

Numbered soup titles and the dumpling (8) count are retained. Checked ; before tax, tip and fees. Prices can change, and delivery-app prices are often higher than the restaurant’s own.

Yuan Mei lists 2370 Hillcrest Rd Unit B; Panda Haven lists 6300 Grelot Rd Suite K. These two streets group the noodle-soup and vegetable-focused meals without claiming a district boundary.
All seven checked branch pages give Mobile addresses. They span Airport Boulevard, Spring Hill Avenue, Hillcrest Road, Grelot Road, Schillinger Road South, Satchel Paige Drive and Dauphin Island Parkway. The street-based areas are not a claim that Mobile has a verified Chinatown district.
Which listed meals offer dumplings or dim sum?
China Garden lists Fried Dumplings (8), and the other six menus also have generic steamed or fried dumplings. This check did not verify soup dumplings, har gow or siu mai at an included branch. Generic dumplings and a separate soup are not counted as soup dumplings, and no dim sum service schedule is promised.
Where can I start with vegetable dishes?
Panda Haven names Sautéed Mixed Vegetables, Vegetable Lo Mein and Home Style Tofu on its regular menu. Those names support the vegetable-focused pick, but sauces and other ingredients need confirmation for a strict vegetarian or vegan meal.
Which regional dishes are actually supported by the menus?
Panda King explicitly names Hunan Beef and describes Hunan sauce. China Chef describes moo shu pork with pancakes, while Yuan Mei describes pork and pickled-mustard-green noodle soup. Those dish descriptions are retained without inferring the cooks' origins or a province for every dish.
How should I compare prices and delivery options?
Each restaurant's prices come from one named operator online menu. Panda King's Hunan Beef has different Lunch, Dinner and regular-section prices, and plus signs remain starting-price markers. Panda King advertises delivery; China Chef, China One and China Garden explicitly state pickup service. Yuan Mei, Panda Haven and Panda Palace display pickup without a verified delivery listing.
Reading the menus
Words you may see in Mobile.
Guotie (potstickers) Pan-fried dumplings browned on one side, then steamed with a little water under a lid; 'potsticker' is the English form of guotie.
Baozi A yeast-leavened bun with a filling, most often steamed; unfilled steamed buns are called mantou.
Lo mein vs. chow mein Lo mein noodles are cooked, then tossed with sauce; chow mein means stir-fried noodles. US menus apply the two names differently by region.
Lamian (hand-pulled noodles) Wheat noodles made by hand-stretching and folding dough into strands, served in soup or stir-fried; Lanzhou beef noodles are a well-known example.
Knife-cut noodles Thick, chewy ribbon noodles shaved off a block of wheat dough straight into boiling water with a knife; associated with Shanxi.
